Harley-Davidson has entered the three-wheeled motorcycle market with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic.

Based on an all-new chassis specifically designed for trikes, the Tri Glide Ultra features the styling cues and touring features of the Ultra Classic Electra Glide.

The new chassis was created to manage the pressures of the extra weight and steering forces required for a three-wheeled vehicle over a standard motorcycle. The rear axle is composed of an aluminum center section with steel axle tubes. Like the rest of Harley-Davidson’s line, the Tri Glide uses a belt final drive. Rear suspension is provided by dual air-adjustable rear shock absorbers. Read the full story on the Tri Glide

The Milwaukee motorcycle company has made it a tradition to set aside one model of each motorcycle it has manufactured and now, 105 years later, they will finally have a world-class facility to permanently display the collection. The Harley-Davidson Museum is set to open in 2008. You can check out the progress of the building on the Museum Webcam. You can click on the calendar dates to see from the past to the present.

Did you know that Jay Leno from the Tonight show, Wynonna Judd, Alan Jackson and a lot of celebrities ride. It has taken a long time to get the illusion of Marlan Brando and Lee Marvin in the movie "The Wild One" out of everyone's mind. Now if you ever wondered what the 1% patch on a biker's jacket means, then take a look at RoadRatRoberts site for the best written explanation I have seen on the net.

I have retired from work and it is time to take many adventures. I have started to document my travels. If you have an inclination to follow me on my trips, check it out, you just might find something of interest. This is the latest trip in 2005 Laconia New Hampshire. You can still see the trip to Nevada from this link.

So many of my fellow riders have made fun of me for having a Harley and golf site. Well here is more proof that the two go together like lime and Corona beer. The ride was the 4th Annual "Motorcycle and Miracles" run in Jacksonville, FL. It was Sponsored by Adamecs Harley Davidson and proceeds went to the Children's Miracle Network. Davis Love III "Professional Golfer" resided as the Grand Marshall. His new ride was built by Orange County Choppers. Davis' bride had it built for his birthday and this was the first time he saw it. Here are 72 pictures of the ride and his new bike.
